Finally learning deep embodiment was the pivotal point of both my healing journey and ta***ic path. If we are operating from our shadows and wounds it will feel like a constant battle. Trying to surrender but still needing control. Longing for people to treat us right but subconsciously thinking that you can “make them” through good deeds, love or portraying yourself in certain lights.

What’s required is a strong sense of self and a deep love and certainty for who we are. From here, we learn to surrender to our higher selves.
Letting go of control while steadfastly upholding our values and self-worth.

It is from this centred heart space that we can truly elevate others, sharing our light without compromising our essence.

Embracing the divine feminine means empowering ourselves first, creating a ripple effect of love and strength in the world around us.

It’s taken me years of un-learning to come home to the truth of existence.
Like many, I was programmed to hold the belief that you were born seperate from divinity and you have to earn that re-connection through a list of rules and a hope for mercy.

There have been many egoic layers that needed to be unfolded, Because the truth was my ego loved the idea of having to “earn” gods approval or connection to divinity. It loved having a black and white approach to good and bad, saintly and evil.

It meant that I could judge and categorise myself and others in an orderly fashion.
But this type of belief kept me trapped in the cycle of sometimes being worthy and sometimes not. It separated me from feeling that connection at all times and separated my connection to others that didn’t fit in the “worthy” category.

It took many ego deaths to realise that it is ALL one. Every being, an expression and existence of the one energy source.

We have never been, nor will we ever be disconnected from this energy source. We are that energy source, expressing itself for all eternity ✨ ✨ ✨
