                                            Finally learning deep embodiment was the  pivotal point of both my healing journey and ta***ic path.  When we truly inhabit our bodies, we open ourselves to profound growth understanding, and authentic expression. This presence not only nurtures our own wellbeing but also enriches our relationships and entire lives. Being deeply embodied teaches us how to:1️⃣ **Meet Our Physical Needs**: Being present in our bodies helps us to honor our own physical needs, endorsing the message that “you are worthy and you are important”.  2️⃣ **Process Emotions**: Deep embodiment allows us to fully experience and process our emotions, bringing the most in-depth healing and clarity available, giving us opportunity to “know and accept thyself.”3️⃣ **Discover Our True Desires**: Through this presence, we uncover our true desires, the beautiful seeds from which all things are created.  4️⃣ **Listen to Inner Wisdom**: A strong connection to our bodies enables us to tap into our inner wisdom, guiding us to our highest reality.  5️⃣ **Grow Fulfilling Relationships**: By embodying this awareness, we create deeper, more meaningful connections with others, cultivating what studies show to be the biggest key to fulfilling, long lives.  6️⃣ **Heal and Stabilise**: Deep embodiment supports us in stabilising our nervous system, to create a solid healthy environment for our wellness to flourish from the inside out. This is a PRACTICE,  something you must put time and consistency in to cultivate.
