Francesca is my client and has given me permission to share her post below. We have worked deeply on healing intergenerational trauma, the coping mechanisms and negative core beliefs which no longer served her, replacing them with connection to her inner child, her authentic truth, empowerment from love energy, not fear and more recently balancing the feminine and masculine energies within her.
