COVID Vaccines are now available at the Biggenden Medical Centre
We have plenty Pfizer for aged 5-11yrs
It is very safe for children the course is 2 shots with 3- 8 weeks between (with preference for 8 weeks as slightly increased immune response by waiting to 8 weeks)

And we now have both Pfizer and Moderna available for over 12 yrs

In coming weeks we will also have novovax available I expect it will arrive in mid March

Call now to make your appointment for Pfizer or Moderna or to put your name on the wait list for novovax

Recommended are 2 primary doses for all immune competent individuals followed by a booster at 3 months after the second dose

If you have significant comorbidities or have compromised immune system due to your medications, medical condition or cancer you need 3 primary doses followed by a booster at 3 months ( 4 doses in total)

Coronavirus (COVID-19) update for patients of Biggenden Medical Centre

Due to the worsening situation we ask if you have the following symptoms, PLEASE DO NOT present to the Biggenden Medical Centre, please phone 41271404 and you will be triaged
- Raised temperature
- Cough
- Sore throat
- Flu like symptoms

This is for the safety of all our patients and staff.
Online bookings on HotDoc have been turned off temporarily during this period of time.

Our waiting room chairs have been spaced out for social distancing, please consider limited seating is available and if possible only bring yourself to your appointment unless you have a carer or are a child.

On arrival to the Medical Centre , please sanitise your hands.

We are sanitising between patients and our clinic on a regular basis.

This situation is changing regularly, we will keep you updated of any necessary changes.
