Spider plant

These beauties made it onto NASA's list of top air-purifying houseplants.

Spider plants remove formaldehyde, xylene, and toluene from the air in your home.

Additionally, spider plants can remove mold spores from the air.

I've started collecting these for our home and they will be a key feature of our clinic.

I am excited to bring the Lipoedema Lounge to life over the coming year

There is something about travel that brings all my ideas and passions into alignment

I started this page as a place for me to empower other women to heal from negative body image

I then went away and studied to be a counsellor and was diagnosed with lipoedema

Now all these worlds are aligned and I am building a program that encompasses all these aspects and views it through a lipoedema lens as well
