Still Standing….after all these years.
And so it goes, after bringing my practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine including acupuncture, Chakra Meditation, Tao Yin, Alchemic Yoga and Tui Na massage plus a few other bits and pieces to Avalon and surrounds in 2004, I find myself mildly surprised as I wake each day to find myself still here…I won’t call this an existential crisis, more an awakening to the opportunity presented by lockdowns and the seeming suspension of our society over the last few years, to live truly in the now, not making plans for the future, as nothing is certain and letting go of the past, as the past no longer serves us.
The opportunity to fine tune self, to truly grasp how we create ourselves and our reality by the nanosecond and with that knowing, to create ourselves fully in the present while cognisant that ‘we become what we are’. This is a rare and one may say ultimate gift, to be given the time, tools, and opportunity to manifest a living, in peace, love, joy and stillness.
I am grateful to be able to bring these and other qualities to my clinical practice. If you have issues impeding your full enjoyment of life, be they pain, discomfort, dis-ease or just plain old discombobulation (love that word), perhaps I may help.
