If you are coming to class at least twice per week then why don’t you buy a pass? It’s a bit of a saving. 🙌

I don’t know whether it was the pink shorts or the “Boss” turning up the heat but today’s opening class brought us to our knees (in a good Bikram way!). Yep. That’s what this community is all about …. we don’t mind a challenge! When the going gets tough - we keep going! 💪🏽

Class starts @ 930am SHARP on Monday 2 Feb 2026.
Please be on time ie. 10-15 minutes before 930am.

As advised, this is a donation class (minimum $25) and proceeds will go to Hospice & Palliative Care in Dulguigan. ❤️‍🩹

A reminder that the opening class will be by donation ($25 minimum) & $25 from each student that attends will be donated to community hospice & palliative care, Dulguigan. ❤️‍🩹

Going forward I have decided to bring back CLASS PASSES. Prices remain the same:

Single : $25
5 class pass: $115 (validity 2 months)
10 class pass: $225 (validity 4 months)

Thank you for your messages, calls, hugs, kind words, flowers, food at this time. I often have tears of JOY when I think about the kindness I am continuously experiencing. It really means a lot to myself & Angel. 👼🏻 🙌

I am excited to announce that the studio will re-open on MONDAY 2 FEBRUARY 2026. 🔥

The schedule is:
Mon & Wed @ 930am
Sat @ 7am (new class)
*all classes are 90 minutes. 👏

The first class on 2/2 is a donation class. Minimum contribution is $25. $25 for each student that attends class will be donated to Wedgetail Retreat Community Hospice & Palliative Care, Dulguigan.

PRICES: Please note that going forward there will be no more class passes sold. The cost of a single class remains at $25. If you do have an old pass you are welcome to use it until it has finished. CASH IS APPRECIATED 💴

All too often our so-called strength comes from fear, not love;
Instead of having a strong back, many of us have a defended front shielding a weak spine.
In other words, we walk around brittle and defensive, trying to conceal our lack of confidence.
If we strengthen our backs, metaphorically speaking, and develop a spine that’s flexible but sturdy, then we can risk having a front that’s soft and open. ❤️
How can we give and accept care with strong-back, soft-front compassion, moving past fear into a place of genuine tenderness?
I believe it comes about when we can be truly transparent, seeing the world clearly—and letting the world see into us.

There aren’t enough words to express the immense gratitude Angel & I have for all of YOU. The calls, messages, visits, gifts, prayers - ALL of it is appreciated. We’re grieving in our own way - letting the tears flow, the emotions rise & fall, the memories nourish US & life just to happen. It’s good, it’s nurturing, it’s hard & it’s beautiful.
