Stop diving in to catch babies unnecessarily. Women know how to catch their own baby and if they need a hand, they’ll speak up.

If you’re diving in to catch a baby unnecessarily and uninvited, there’s a few things happening:

✋🏻 you’re too close in the birth space, back up
✋🏻 ego has taken over
✋🏻 you’ve allowed your own uncomfortability to pe*****te the space
✋🏻 there’s disassociation from the awareness of the importance of that first moment…on a physical, energetic, cellular and spiritual level

If left undisturbed, women will catch their own baby.
