When basking in the splendour of the sun, one must do so with both elegance and discernment. In the realm of sun protection, one must never sacrifice grace for safety.

Do take care when venturing outdoors and remember to slip, slop, slap seek and slide. ☀️

A touch of forethought, a dash of decorum, and one is perfectly prepared for the sun’s embrace.

First aid kit or mystery box challenge? 😅

Your kit is only useful if it’s stocked and ready, not when you discover one crusty old band-aid in an emergency.

To keep it fresh:
🩹 Replace used items (bandages, plasters, gloves)
⏰ Check expiry dates on creams and antiseptic
🚑 Keep one at home, work, and in the car

A few minutes now saves a whole lot of stress later because nothing says “unprepared” like finding an empty box mid-emergency.
