Due to increased last minute cancellations or no shows! Full amount of your treatment will be invoiced to you. We understand things happen out of your control but simply not showing up/answering or calling 10 mins into your appointment to cancel will not be tolerated. We have an extensive waitlist and these appointments simply cannot be filled with no notice.
