BB is wearing is Blue/NIR pad to help

Blue is a surface wavelength with high energy. Traditionally used for acne and other bacterial/fungal applications.

NIR will help with the mitochondria charge in the cells under the skin. It will help with anything else that needs a cellular charge 😁

Happy Birthday !

My first Aah torch … the red is now 12 when I bought it 2014 ! My PBM was a couple of years later.

I still have all my torches .. yes more than one.

Hello hello 🤩

Happy New Year to everyone ! As we know light therapy is awesome and despite being around for decades, mainstream is starting to light up 🙊

I was answering a question today and thought I would put the answer here.

This was to do with applying a torch and the horse said no a couple of times.

“ If they don’t like the light in the area you would like to treat… see if you can move to a place further forward or back. Find somewhere that is “yes”. Put the torch on and wait for a change in nervous system (no to yes or maybe). You can then slowly move the torch in the direction you wanted to go. Just slow (this is also where you can play with the galvanic effect, stopping if you feel resistance in torch lens to skin).

Another tip is try not to have the intention that you are going to “do” something. Sometimes I can think of area and make a move to go there and I get a no from the horse, so I must be putting out a “to you” rather than “for you” vibe.

Would definitely play with the moving and stopping with torch when needed, waiting for nervous system input, then proceed.

Technically “points” can be more positively charged/acidic but if it is directly related tissue then you will have an area or a lot of area with cellular dysfunction. When you a gliding and stopping at the pull/resistance it is telling you that the tissue has a different polarity. Fascial level which then has a cascade effect.

Remember….. The brain/body via cell photoreceptors, takes the information from the light stimulation and does what it thinks is priority 😊 which may not be what we think.

Education and Empowering are some of my loves. The Certification in Equine Photonic Therapy self study is still available approved with the IICT. Photonic was one of the original names that photobiomodulation was called.

This year I will be offering a 6 week cohort that will include private lessons via zoom, so you can do the practicals with realtime feedback. Case studies at the end will be required for the certification completion.

Sometimes we are ok with self paced and sometimes we like a community to work together. 😊

Everyone is starting to realize how important fascia is when it comes to training the body, but most people still underestimate how deeply it influences movement.

Utilising what Red/NIR can assist with and adding motion .. 😉

This was a “controlled” environment .. but he was able to just do him ..

meaning … there was not added pressure performance by me leading or asking for anything. Might I do that in another instance .. yes I could because I understand what I am looking for

At first I was a bit funny about my taste test pastern wraps. They are larger than I expected.

However … suits big b***d horses too.

Perfect for “umbrella” over fetlocks, hocks and knees ! Poll visor. Join two for a neck collar.

Places where you have “lots going on”.
