It’s our first birthday TODAY, Tuesday 7 th November .

Hi Everyone, I'm really excited to start providing physiotherapy services from Bingara Community Practice in the coming weeks as we have recently moved to Gwydir Shire from the mid north coast to be closer to family.
On the journey here I have worked as a Physiotherapist in the regional towns of Albury, Orange, Bathurst, Blayney, Woolgoolga and Moonee. Although it's sometimes tricky having to travel to the city for courses and further education, I really like working rurally for the people you meet and the diversity of conditions I get to treat.
I've been working as physio for over 10 years and have been the Senior Physio with First Grade Rugby League, Rugby Union, AFL and Soccer teams as well as heading up junior programs for The Western Region Academy of Sport and Canobolas High School Performance Athlete program.
Clinically I generally work with soft tissue and joint pain issues, particularly lower backs, hips knees and shoulders and have done a lot of work with Work cover and NDIS patients.
As well as using exercise and education I also use Massage and Dry Needling when needed to help with managing acute pain episodes.

I'm really keen to start work here in Bingara and being part of the local community.
