I am a certified Energy Healer, Reiki Master, Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner, Women's circles facilitator, and Sound bath practioner. I combine my healings with my craft, providing herbs, teas, crystals and spells to compliment my healing sessions. I offer a selection of courses, designed with the beginner/curious in mind. Witchcraft has many paths and rather than teach one particular tradition, I will give you an overview of what is out there, so that you can make an informed choice and follow your own path. Prepping table set up for Saturdays tea party! 🫖 I'm looking forward to an afternoon of high tea and divination! 🔮We will be making witch bells, reading tea leaves, using pendulums and practising psychometry. I may even throw in a little wax and water scrying 🤔

Spiritually, Valerian is used for grounding during an emotional crises. It can aid in creativity. It also helps with communication within a conflict and helps connect to the Other Realm. It is used when seeking truths behind secrets and thought to help access hidden knowledge.

Valerian root is useful in spells for ending guilt and negativity. It aids in self-acceptance and can be used to turn bad situations to a person’s advantage and find a positive outcome.

Throwing some valerian into a fight will cause those involved to cease fighting instantly. The herb is often included in many love and sleeping potions. Other magical uses include purification, consecrating ritual tools, promoting peace, breaking hexes, and providing stability and happiness.

Remember, magick doesn't work on its own - you need to take action in the mundane realm to give the Universe as many opportunities as possible to work with you - and also show that you are serious about obtaining your desires!
