Introducing our topic of the month: Sleep Hygiene!
Sleep Hygiene is about the routines and habits we incorporate into our daily lives to help promote healthy sleep.
This may include:
- Avoiding screentime before bed
- Going to bed and waking up at a consistent time
- Maintaining the same bedtime routine each night
- Avoiding heavy food or caffeine before bed
