This Women’s Health Week, let’s prioritize you. From mental well-being to physical strength, every step toward health matters. 💪💖

We'd like to welcome you to our beautiful new pilot program designed just for Mums and Bubs (under 12 months), as well as expecting Mums, to come together and experience the power of music to support mental health, emotional wellbeing and connection with baby.

Our Music & Me Perinatal Mental Health Program is facilitated by a Registered Music Therapist and offers a warm, accessible space to:

🎵 Explore music-based activities that support your mental health and parent-infant connection.
🤱 Share the journey of Motherhood, reflect and build new friendships in a safe and supportive space.
☕ Unwind and connect with other Mums over a coffee or tea at the end of each session.
💬 Discuss the ups and downs of motherhood, and how music can support you through it.

This is a 6-week program from 2nd October - 6th November located at the beautiful Tawa Yoga Studios in Murarrie. The cost for the full 6-week program is at a heavily discounted pilot rate of $100. We will be seeking participants feedback to help design future programs.

We’re so excited to launch Music and Me – a brand new music therapy program for expecting Mums, new Mums, and Bubs under 12 months! 💛👶

This 6-week pilot program, beginning on October 2nd, is all about connection, wellbeing, and the power of music to support you through the parenting journey.

Led by a Registered Music Therapist, each weekly session offers:

Look Who’s Talking Speech Pathology is a private speech therapy service, providing caring and professional support in the Redlands for more than 17 years. Look Who’s Talking Speech Pathology provides a family-orientated approach to therapy, empowering and supporting our clients and their families. In our team we also have an SOS-trained Paediatric Dietician with extensive experience working with children who have feeding difficulties (including fussy eating or food refusal), food allergies and intolerance.
