I often take photos when I am out and about to inspire my paintings. Here are some I've taken over the last year or so.

It's so exciting to start a new picture. And the funny thing is, as you are creating, you often change it. For example, a pink flower may become purple.

What inspires you?

(I have a folder full of printed photos for people to look through for inspiration in my workshop. So if you are looking for inspiration, you don't have to look far.)

Counselling is like having a chat with someone who really cares about you and wants to see you succeed.

They want you to challenge yourself, to your comfort zone, and beyond if you are ready.

They help you look at a situation from a different vantage point so you can look at your problem from the outside and start to see how you can get beyond it.

They won't tell you what to do, because let's face it, who likes being told what to do, and who does things if they don't want to do them? But they will help you see that you CAN do the things you want to do, and help you plan to do them.

They can also hold you accountable to do them.

So if you feel stuck and need help finding your way. Counselling might just be the right fit for you.

We can even add a bit of art to the mix to make it less awkward.
