Formerly Home Instead Australia, Dovida provides high-quality, person-centred home care to the Redlands, Logan and Bayside community. Dovida creates a Circle of Care that places individuals at the centre of a holistic support system, uniting families, our skilled caregivers, our support teams, and the wider healthcare community. We provide a range of services including everyday companionship, domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping and social outings. Care is available up to 24hrs a day and ranges from light housekeeping to dementia care and palliative care.

Creating Connections Across Generations 🤝

Fabulous things are happening in Beaudesert! Our team is thrilled to now have a spot in the PCYC/YAC office, home of the Breaking the Cycle program, which gives young people access to a car and mentors to help them complete their 100 hours and get their driver’s licence.

Program Director George joined our E&S participants for a chat, and we already have six people interested in becoming mentors, an incredible response!

It’s inspiring to see programs like these changing lives, from empowering youth to helping seniors stay active and connected. 💙

Support at Home FAQ:

Who is eligible for Support at Home?

- Are aged 65 or older (50 or older for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people, or people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness).
- Need help with daily tasks such as personal care, household chores, or accessing health services.
- People on existing Home Care Packages (HCP) will be transitioned into an equivalent Support at Home package when the program commences in November 2025.
