The Power Gateway

Here is a little self-assessment that you can do at home to see if you have a spinal blockage in your power gateway, which is the location of your lumbar spine.
Stand up straight and laterally bend to one side and then the other.
If you have more or less movement to one side or pain doing this, you may have a blockage in your Power Gateway.

The Centre Gateway

The centre gateway is in the thoracic spine and is the area of love and connection. Spinal blockages in this area happen when people bear the weight of the world on their shoulders, often trying to protect or hide their heart. When we have a blockage in the centre gateway, it is commonly caused by emotional stress.

Emotional stress can be one of the hardest to let go of, causing symptoms like breathing difficulties, chest pain and asthma.

The Passion Gateway.

The Passion Gateway is the lower cervical spine C3-C7

It is a common area for tension and dysfunction, influencing your neck, throat, thyroid, shoulders, arms, hands, and even your voice, figuratively and literally. When energy flow gets blocked here, it can show up as neck pain, sore throats, even carpal tunnel syndrome.
