✈️ “Time for a short reset…

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who trusted me with their care over the Christmas and New Year period. It’s been a real privilege looking after you while Dr David Hendrey has been away, and I’m genuinely grateful for the conversations, commitment, and energy you’ve brought into the practice over the past few weeks.

A big focus of my time with many of you has been sleep and movement. So while I’m away, here’s a simple challenge I’ll leave you with:

👉 Move a little every day, even if it’s just a walk, gentle mobility, or a stretch before bed.
👉 Aim for consistent bedtimes, morning sunlight, and screens off earlier than you think you need.

I’ll be taking my own advice over the next couple of weeks as I step away to rest and recharge.

I’ll be back in the practice on Wednesday 28th January, refreshed and ready to go again.
