It’s intense lately lovely ones and…
Our wellness and state of being is so important 💚

I chose not to share the post that was with it. I’m sharing the part that I wrote. The post is to do with something that I choose not to give any air time to at all, also for some it’s triggering and they can get caught up in the subject rather than the more important factor ~ all over wellness
There are sooooo many reasons, layers, factors, experiences etc that lead to nervous system overload not usually one experience or situation and it will be unique for everyone…
No judgement rather observation!!

Sympathetic Nervous systems in hyper drive for a long period of time takes its toll on people ~ physically, mentally and emotionally.
The last few years the ante has been upped on sympathetic nervous system overload!! Constant fight/flight/freeze for a huge percentage on the planet!! This way of being has been going on for a very long time much much longer than the last few years, in fact it’s often encouraged constantly or subconsciously/subtly directed to us that this is the norm and how we “should” ahem be. The recent years have rather increased intensity and brought conscious awareness to what was already a big issue for many…

HEALING AND REBALANCING REGULATING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM TAKES TIME. There is no quick fix!! It’s not about shutting it down, it’s about regulation and strengthening it to maintain a healthy balance between our parasympathetic nervous system (rest, digest and healing) and our sympathetic nervous system…
This takes time and will be a unique experience for everyone ~ it is absolutely doable…

So for those questioning their fatigue, physical, mental and emotional issues going on remember just how programmed and frantic the energy has been on the planet for not just the last six years but thousands of years…
Drilled into us to push through keep busy, keep going regardless for a very long time
An old paradigm that is on its way out!!!! Hooray I say!!!!!

The time for healing is here ~ ancient old ways that traditional may have shunned or poo pooed are weaving their powerful way back in hooray again I say 👏👏👏

Helping the nervous system heal ~ oh the ways and possibilities are infinite!! How glorious that is to realise that we are so open to discovering beautiful healing that help us all individually and collectively.

Reiki, Seichim, Karuna three magnificent streams of energy work that can help with exhaustion, fatigue, stress and nervous system overload.
My passion I have for helping gorgeous souls move through their healing journey is strong.
I know first hand how much these spectacular energies have and continue to help me on my healing journey… they have changed my life and I would say with the healers I trust deeply that help support me ~ they have saved my life…

There are so many glorious ways of helping and supporting if you choose to do so ~ an important part is finding a soul you resonate with who you feel supported by, whom you feel deep trust and with whom you know is encouraging your empowerment and role in your healing, rather than a dependence and reliance on them or other outside sources to be “your fixer”
A soul who holds space with you, supporting you as you heal
A soul who can help you see and feel and recognise what may have been tricky to tune into yourself whilst feeling so overwhelmed with out them running the show for you
This is really important
And so many glorious souls that can do this with you 🙏🤍✨

A beautiful magnificent part of energy healing is that it is powerful face to face and also just as powerful and healing done distantly
You don’t have to be in the same room, state or even country with the practitioner for it to be a powerful healing tool to use
Whilst that may be a challenge for some people to comprehend that’s okay we as humans like to analyse and have “proof” or scientific evidence that some struggle with this concept I will put it as simplify as this
Energy knows no limit, time or space ~ a universal law

The energy on the planet has been fast and at times frenetic and deeply challenging for many
Check in with yourself and see, feel, sense if you can how you are feeling all over on all levels…
The time for glorifying busy and rush is over!!!
Yes of course there will be some that choose to embrace that way of life and not recognise what I am talking about
As always we always have free will to choose what we listen to or we allow into our field

THIS IS NOT ME!!!!!!!!!!!
I will NEVER ask you for payment through here and certainly NOT on a offer I have given that is a gift which means I am offering it free of charge with loving intent so I certainly wouldn’t be asking for money for it

Unfortunately they have blocked me so I am unable to see their messages
