How can I see the lesson in this circumstance? What it is that I can take away from this situation to continue to grow as a person? To expand my understanding of myself, to be able to move onto experiencing new things… I have been working on this one for a little while now. How much would it benefit people to be able to learn new preferences from every experience and to apply the knowledge gained from those experiences to the next one?

Sometimes in this fast-paced world it is easy to go running head-long into the distance. I have noticed that as a society, we are all so busy being busy! If we never take a moment to assess where we are heading, how do we know that we are going towards our desired direction? I have been focused lately on taking the time to enjoy the little moments, be present and check that I’m still heading towards my goals and in the direction I desire. 👍 Like if you have made time for yourself to check in on your own direction 💚.
