We are really proud that our classes always start and end of time. Which means less stress during class on whether you will get out of the studio on time... we promise you will.

We ask that you please stay for the whole duration of the class. If for whatever reason you need to leave class early, we are here to help, please notify the instructor during class that you need to leave so we are aware that you are leaving the space.

From the 15th of December until the 12th of January we are running a slightly reduced schedule.

🎄We will be closed on the 25th of December and 1st of January, we will not be monitoring emails or phone calls on the days the studio is closed. We will get back to you when we re-open.

Do not stress though, we will still have heaps of classes running so you can still get sweaty, pulse it out and feel the endorphins over the festive season.

We can't quite believe how much our community has grown, from the very first days to now running 111 classes per week. For that, we have to thank you! Your passion and energy is what makes this community so special, and we're beyond grateful for your support.
