Very late notice, but if you are up and about on this Sunday morning, you may like to join me for meditation. As we navigate our way through the different situations we all find ourselves in due to the pandemic, and life in general, lets share and immerse in feelings of love and kindness.

Today, we will then practice the Loving Kindness Meditation, a gentle meditation, to cultivate loving kindness feelings for ourselves and others - sharing with the global community

If the lockdowns are impacting your sleep, you may like to try this meditation.

Featured today on Insight Timer this meditation uses a simple technique to focus on the breath, enabling your mind to calm, your body to relax, and you to drift off into a good nights sleep.

A restorative night's sleep is one of the biggest gifts we can give ourselves. This meditation will assist you to fall into a deep sleep by simply placing our focus on counting the breath. Busy thoughts can be put to rest, allowing the body to relax the mind to calm and gently slip into slumber.
