What a weekend! Four beautiful humans completed a deep dive into energy healing and explored their connection and relation to all things. It's in this course where we question how we show up in this lifetime and whether it's in alignment with our soul's purpose. So incredibly proud of their journey and development... each unique and powerful in their own way. Their light will continue to inspire others and light the next candle.

It was also an emotional moment as Nicole Bull completed her 1.5 year apprenticeship and officially became a Reiki Master. I'm so proud of her dedication and commitment to learning Usui Reiki Ryoho and adhering to the precepts in her daily life. She asked great questions, built her confidence, and took feedback with grace. I can't wait to work alongside her in the Blue Mountains as we continue to build this community. ✨❤️🙌🏼

This weekend, I had the privilege of completing my Reiki Level 3a training with the wonderful Reiki Master Kyle Stewart. It’s been 30 years since I first discovered the transformative power of Reiki, completing Levels 1 & 2, which marked the beginning of my journey into energy healing.

Reiki was the foundation that eventually led me to Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Now, coming full circle, I am so grateful to deepen my connection to Reiki and weave its energy into the work I do with acupuncture. Both modalities share a beautiful synergy, working with the body’s vital energy to promote healing, balance, and well-being.

Meeting Kyle since moving to the Blue Mountains has been a true gift. He is an exceptional Reiki Master and practitioner, and I’m so thankful for his guidance and wisdom on this path.

Reiki 2 Okuden is such a gift. Five students spent the weekend learning advanced healing techniques, building up their confidence, and deepening their relationship with spirit. With trust and love, we discussed our inner worlds and how energy work allows for greater awareness…and thus the ability to hold more compassion for oneself and others. There was book theory, hands-on table practice, and plenty of exercises to bridge the two. Grateful for both their trust in me as a teacher and for this community we are building in the Blue Mountains and beyond 🙌🏼✨❤️.

It always amazes me the transformation that takes place in a Reiki 1 course. Individuals come to it in various ways and when they show up they are unsure of what to expect - but usually open and curious. By the end of the weekend, they return home different (and better) version of themselves. Something inside shifts and suddenly there is more awareness to the powerful being that has always lied dormant beneath.

This Reiki 1 group was special. Each contributed something unique and walked away with new friendships, insights, and a knowing that they have the ability to create their world. Healing hands are just one small part of this journey… it’s the transformation that happens within that holds the real magic. 🙌🏼✨❤️

Also, a huge thank you and well done to Nicole Bull as she co-teaches and completes her teacher training apprenticeship - she was phenomenal 🤩

Still riding the high from last weekends Reiki 3A. Gathered with a beautiful group of humans, my students explored how they want to show up in this lifetime and their relation to all things. We levelled up with the attunements and learned the final sacred symbol. Most importantly, the teachings of self-empowerment showed how to trust their inner guidance as they continue to navigate this uncertain world. I am so grateful these four trusted me with their advancement in Reiki and spiritual development. The intensity and power at this stage was incredible. They will continue to bring and ignite light into this world 🙌🏼✨❤️.

This past weekend was magic ✨ Another amazing group of students who committed to levelling their up their energy healing while going deeper into their spiritual journeys. Though from different backgrounds, they are united in the pursuit of better understanding themselves and bringing more light and healing to the world. With more knowing and more grace, they are moving to a new level of self discovery. Nothing makes a Reiki Master more proud 🙌🏼✨❤️.

Hello Everyone, I'll be running a Reiki 2 course the weekend of 26-27th August here in Blackheath.

In Level 2 Okuden, we focus on the emotional and mental bodies. You will learn the first three reiki symbols and how/when to use them in your healings. We discuss karmic healing and how to start building a relationship with your spirit guides. All materials will be provided and all that's required of you is an open mind. 🧡
