Blue Mountains Kinesiology

Blue Mountains Kinesiology Kinesiology helps keep body and mind in harmony.

It uses a combination of Eastern and Western medicine to heal physical and emotional trauma by tapping directly into the body and finding out where the disbalance is through the biofeedback received.

Kinesiology has been around for years now and Eastern medicine has been known to help people and animals for thousands of years and both are backed up by plenty of scientific research. Brain neurology is a tricky and interesting things and there are many ways to influence it from the outside and to retrain the brain how to forget past psychological trauma or physical injury as if they never happened.Be it animal or human body, it always knows what's best for it at the moment, but due to many not so useful patterns acquired during the lifetime, the brain gets disconnected from the heart and even though we can sense the messages the body is sending to us, we can not quite put it into words or even and end up living our lives in confusion not knowing what it is that we actually need. One way is to try many different things to see "what feels right" and it can and works for many people, but could be a lengthy and physically and emotionally draining process. Kinesiology, on the other hand if offering a quicker way to tap into a subconscious and see more clearly what's needed for better balance and alignment. As they say, a picture is worth thousand words, so, for a starter I really liked the simplicity this doctor used to explain how Kinesiology works in literally less than 3 minutes! Enjoy his video and feel free to comment below with your feedback, questions and suggestions. Reach out for 15-minute free introductory session to discuss the approach to addressing any issues you currently have and see if Kinesiology would be a good healing modality for you!
