In addition to the benefits at a structural level, there are numerous specialty massages for specific ailments: Sinus Drainage for congestion, Lymphatic Drainage for fluid retention and to assist the immune system, Abdominal Massage for digestive disorders, Chest Massage for asthma and respiratory conditions, Reflexology to benefit the various organs and structures indirectly, etc. Regular Massage has a toning and conditioning effect on the body, increasing resilience and making for a quicker recovery if injury occurs.
