Bianca Lovelock provides remedial massage, naturopathy and psychotherapy sessions that can help you to recalibrate your nervous system, still your body and mind and breathe deeply.

Long weekend coming up — and for many of us, it’s looking a little more local than usual.

If you’re staying in the Mountains, it might be the perfect opportunity to slow down, reset, and take some time for yourself.

We have massage appointments available across the long weekend, including:

• Thursday afternoon
• Saturday
• Sunday
• Monday (Public Holiday)
• Tuesday

Whether you’re feeling tight, tired, or just in need of a proper switch-off, a massage can be a simple way to feel better in your body and clear your head.

👉 Please note:
Our physio and Pilates services will be closed on the public holidays, but massage will still be running as scheduled.

👉 All massage bookings are online only over the long weekend (no reception available)

We currently have a limited number of spots available in our Reformer Pilates classes — and we’d love to welcome a few new faces into the studio.

Our classes are small, supportive, and guided by experienced instructors, making them suitable whether you’re:
• Returning to movement
• Building strength
• Managing injury
• Or simply wanting to feel better in your body

Class times:
Monday — 11:30am
Thursday — 8:15am
Friday — 11:45am

Classes are intentionally kept small to ensure individual attention, so availability is limited.

As part of the Blue Mountains Seniors Festival, we’re hosting a special series designed to help you stay strong, steady, confident and connected.

Held at Blackheath Presbyterian Church Hall across two weeks in March, these sessions are welcoming, beginner-friendly and guided by experienced professionals.

✨ From the Ground Up – Physiotherapy Session
A practical and educational workshop with Annabel exploring foot strength, balance and stability — because confident movement really does start from the ground up.

✨ Gentle Groove – Movement & Dance
Move to music with Renata in this uplifting, accessible session designed to boost mobility, strength and heart health — all while having fun.

✨ Form & Flow – Functional Fitness
A mat and barre-based class blending strength, mobility and mindful movement in a supportive group setting.

We’re delighted to welcome Geoff to our massage team.

Geoff will be offering relaxation massage at the clinic:

• Thursdays 3:00–7:00pm
• Saturdays 10:00am–2:00pm
• 60-minute and 90-minute appointments available

Geoff and his partner Baz love exploring the local area, discovering new hikes and places they can take their beautiful black lab, Qiana. After a long day walking in the Mountains, Geoff understands the real benefit of a good massage for tired, overworked legs.

If you’ve been curious to try one of our Clinical Pilates sessions but haven’t had a chance to get into our fully booked classes, we’ve just opened a new time slot!

🕘 Fridays at 9am

We'd love it if you could support our local Football player and KHS student Allyssa Ng-Saad as she heads off to represent Australia!

As a proud Blue Mountains girl, Allyssa is excited to have been chosen for the Australian All School Girls team to represent Australia in the UK.

The National team now travel to England and Wales in January 2026 to compete against English and Welsh schools as well as professional clubs in England. To top off the tour they will be able to watch a WSL game.

We’re thrilled to announce that Sarah is returning to Blackheath Physio & Pilates for the summer! 🌞

Many of you will remember Sarah from her time with us a couple of years ago. Since then, she has spent the past 2 years living in Germany, travelling through Europe, and gaining valuable experience working overseas.

We’re excited for her to bring that knowledge and skill back to our community here in the Mountains.

Sarah will be available for physiotherapy appointments from 21 November and she’ll also be helping out in the Pilates studio over the summer period.

Appointments are now open to book.
We can’t wait to welcome her back into the clinic and reconnect her with our wonderful clients.

Annabel Ralph established Blackheath Physiotherapy and Pilates in 2012.

Annabel, Samantha King, Jeremy Murray and Lauren Lewis are Physiotherapists with additional training as Sports Trainers and Clinical Pilates Clinicians who provide a holistic and evidence-based approach that can help you to recover from injury and improve your posture, strength and mobility.

We provide a holistic approach to treatment of: acute sports & spinal injuries, neck & back pain. Our physiotherapists also have special interests in the areas of headache & jaw pain, pelvis, hip and lower limb, womens health, postural dysfunction and treatment of visual and performing artists (artists, dancers and musicians).

We utilise traditional manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation approaches combined with myofascial technique, dry needling, yoga-rehab, gym-based strength conditioning and Clinical Pilates to provide you with long term changes that restore your ease of movement, strength, stability and assist you to get back to doing what you love best!
