Considering Pilates but not sure where to begin? Let us help you get started confidently and safely.

At our studio, we welcome clients of all abilities—from beginners to those returning after injury, managing chronic conditions, or looking to build strength and resilience.

👉 We recommend starting with a 1:1 session with one of our Pilates instructors or physiotherapists. This allows us to assess your movement, understand your goals, and match you with the most suitable class or program.

Our Pilates offerings include:
• Pilates mat classes throughout the week
• Pilates reformer sessions
• Semi-private Pilates (up to 3 clients per session)
• Clinical Pilates led by a physiotherapist
• Strong Bones – physio-led resistance & strength training
• Men’s Stretch & Strengthen class
• Private 1:1 sessions available on request

💡 Not sure which is right for you?
Message us or give us a call. We’re happy to chat through options and help you take the first step.

💛 WE NEED YOUR HELP – Participants Needed for EDS & Hypermobility Research 💛

Do you have a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of:
🔹 Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder (HSD)
🔹 Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS)
🔹 Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)?

Researchers at the University of Adelaide are running the first-ever national study exploring the diagnostic journeys, quality of life, and healthcare experiences of people living with these conditions in Australia.

📣 Your story matters – and sharing it could help shape future care, support, and advocacy.

👥 Who can participate?
✔️ Aged 18 or older
✔️ Living in Australia
✔️ With a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of HSD, hEDS, or EDS

🖥️ Participation is via an online survey — short or long form options available.
🕐 The survey is open for just 10 weeks, so now’s the time to get involved.

A great research topic from one of our local students. We’d love it if you felt like contributing!

Would you like to contribute to an HSC Science Extension research project?!

KHS Year 12 student Annabel Dignam is currently working on her individual scientific research project for her HSC Science Extension course and would like to ask our wonderful KHS community to help by completeing an anonymous online survey.

Her research topic is:
How does living with endometriosis affect an individual’s perception of their body?

Annabel is looking for people to complete the survey who:
• have an endometriosis diagnosis
• are in the process of being diagnosed
• are beginning their diagnosis process

The survey can be completed online here:

Please be assured, that all answers are anonymous and honesty and authenticity is greatly valued. And please share this with anyone who think may be interested in contributing.

Blue Mountains Studio | Potential for ongoing work

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and qualified Pilates instructor to join our friendly, physio-led studio this winter.
