This encompasses nicely how I enjoy rugging up with a blanket and book. How the simplest things bring the hugest joy. Sunlight through a window, waves on the beach, birds in the trees, an open fire, planting herbs in the garden, homegrown veggies, or baking a cake to your favourite tunes.

How are you spending your week? Can you find time to be present, enjoy the simple things and cultivate hygge?

Itโ€™s so easy to talk ourselves out of itโ€ฆ Iโ€™m tired, itโ€™s raining, itโ€™s dark, I donโ€™t have the right clothes, Iโ€™ve got a sniffleโ€ฆ So, how do we get around the excuses and make time. Regular movement is one of the ways we can lift our spirits, get blood pumping, release endorphins and free up all those tight areas.

We usually include protein, carbohydrates, & greens. Our favourites are roasts, curries, soups, and casseroles, and often serve with either rice, mash, or pasta.
