This is my 34th year working in this beautiful healing sanctuary 29 years as a herbalist … 8 years integrating counselling and enjoying the experience of what nourishing all parts of us feels like 🪷

I get to meet beautiful locals and tourists visiting and see a client or two 🪷

The rest of my week is at Sandy Toes Holistic Health in Blacksmiths 🪷

I am truly blessed to live and work in beautiful healing spaces where we can nourish and heal together 🪷
