I’m feeling like an inspiring post today, to move us up and out of our heads and into the space within us, between us, and outside us.
In a world that constantly asks us to look outside ourselves for answers/validation, intuition invites us to gently turn inward for everything we need to know. It is that quiet, knowing voice beneath the mental chatter, the inner compass that often senses truth before the mind can explain it.
Intuition is not just a feeling; it is a form of embodied intelligence, one that speaks through sensation, stillness, and subtle cues.
One of my spiritual teachers, Char Sundust, mentioned that intuition continues to “show up” - it doesn’t just go away. If prayer is us talking with God/Source, intuition is God/Source talking with us.
As someone who values both science and soul, I see intuition as a vital part of our well-being. It can guide us in what to eat, when to rest, how to heal, and even which path to choose next. Honoring our intuition is a practice that deepens when we make space for silence, creativity, nature, and presence.
Today, I invite you to listen to what your body and inner self may be trying to tell you. That whisper you keep hearing might be worth trusting...and if you are not sure if it’s intuition, you might want to ask/explore if it is something for your highest good. ✨
