Fantastic NEWS! PLEASE READ BELOW ⬇️

This week the Australian Federal Governments decision to reinstate PILATES & YOGA and other natural therapies in private health insurance benefits is very welcomed! The approved natural therapies are:

- YOGA
- PILATES
- NATUROPATHY MEDICINE
- TAI CHI
- ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE
- WESTERN HERBAL MEDICINE
- SHIATSU

I have been a huge advocate for private health insurance to bring back Natural Therapeutic Benefits for years! I am so happy as it will benefit a-lot of people who have private health insurance extras to start using these approved natural therapies for longevity benefits.

There is a still a process to get this 💯 implemented as each therapy board has to work with the insurers to create provider credentials and make sure only the qualified providers with proper higher training and experience can apply. Which means quality care, safe practices and training to clients. But ultimately it’s up to the insurer if they wish to implement these changes. We look forward to seeing how this all unfolds.

Watch this space… ALOT IS CHANGING! Not just with this news. Alot is cooking at my studio! I look forward to sharing this with you soon! 🤗

Last week’s Pilates classes were all about flow! A principle of Pilates!
Each movement was focused on with smooth transition & continuous moves whilst being mindful of how the body was flowing into the exercise without any abrupt starts & stops. The movement was strong on the body whilst continuing exercise into exercise.

Next year we are opening up more spots in our studio for semi privates. Stay tuned on how you can join us and learn about the Pilates Method & System! Learn and train how your body can get stronger and prevent and help injuries heal as we age gracefully 💫
