✨THE AFTERGLOW✨

DYTT Level 1 & 2 were guided by the depth of scholarship and lived philosophical inquiry of Professor H. P. Sah, Department of Philosophy, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Completing Module 1: Philosophy, he offered illuminating teachings on:
• Yoga and Science: Where Contemplation Meets Empiricism
• The Logic of Devotion: Bhakti in the Modern Mind

Dhamma Yoga Teacher Training offers direct access to authentic teachings — shared from source, with integrity and experiential understanding.

With deep reverence and gratitude, we hold great appreciation for this rare opportunity to experience, study, and carry forward the true essence of yoga.

Happy Madhavir Janaynti 🙏

Mahavir means one with tremendous courage! Yet he never fought a war. He only fought the weekness of human mind.
Mahavir is one of the greatest yogis the land of India has ever produced. His life shines with the spirit of Yama and Niyama.

In a world still torn by conflict and aggression, his message feels more relevant than ever. He teaches ahimsa not as weakness, but as the highest form of strength. He teaches aparigraha in an age driven by possession, power, and domination.

Mahavir reminds us that the greatest victory is not over others, but over our own anger, greed, and ego. The world glorifies conquest, but Mahavir glorified self-mastery.

On Mahavir Jayanti, may we remember that true peace in the world begins with peace in the human mind.

Jai Jinendra 🙏🏽

Breath & Emotional Reset Workshop | Dhamma Yoga, Blacktown

Grateful to share that our recent workshop at Dhamma Yoga, Blacktown concluded with a full house and a deeply engaged group.

The theme for the session was “Release and Restoration.”

We began with therapeutic breathing practices, creating space for emotional tension to surface and move. Not through force, but through a structured and supported process where the breath guided the release.

The second half of the session moved into Ojas Restoration Kriya — a quieter, more inward practice focused on rebuilding, stabilising, and conserving energy. A shift from expression to stillness. From movement to grounding.

What stood out most was not intensity, but the quality of presence in the room.

Moments like these remind us:

At first, stillness feels empty.
Later, it feels peaceful.
Eventually, it feels complete.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who showed up with openness and sincerity, and to our volunteers who prepared refreshments with such care — a simple but meaningful way to close the practice together.

Looking forward to continuing this work.

🙏

Final Call – Breath to Bliss | 29 March 🌬️✨

Dear DY Family,
Hope you are well 🙏

This Sunday (29/03), we come together for a special Breath to Bliss – Breathing & Emotional Reset Workshop.

Over time, we all carry layers…
unprocessed emotions, subtle tensions, patterns that quietly settle within us. Most people struggle to know how to practice Aparigraha or letting them go, which makes our inner space cluttered and noisy. This clutter leads to some serious mental or physical ailment, if not properly addressed.

In this session, we will be practising our signature Ojas Reset Kriya — a carefully guided breathing process designed to help you gently release accumulated emotional load, sometimes held for years, and restore a sense of inner balance.

Many people experience:
• A deep emotional release and lightness within
• A return to simplicity and calm
• Rekindling of innocence, clarity and creativity
• A profound reset of the nervous system

This is open to everyone — feel free to share with friends and family who may need this space 🤍

Final spots remaining — book here:

Love
