Final Call – Breath to Bliss | 29 March 🌬️✨

Dear DY Family,
Hope you are well 🙏

This Sunday (29/03), we come together for a special Breath to Bliss – Breathing & Emotional Reset Workshop.

Over time, we all carry layers…
unprocessed emotions, subtle tensions, patterns that quietly settle within us. Most people struggle to know how to practice Aparigraha or letting them go, which makes our inner space cluttered and noisy. This clutter leads to some serious mental or physical ailment, if not properly addressed.

In this session, we will be practising our signature Ojas Reset Kriya — a carefully guided breathing process designed to help you gently release accumulated emotional load, sometimes held for years, and restore a sense of inner balance.

Many people experience:
• A deep emotional release and lightness within
• A return to simplicity and calm
• Rekindling of innocence, clarity and creativity
• A profound reset of the nervous system

This is open to everyone — feel free to share with friends and family who may need this space 🤍

Final spots remaining — book here:

Looking forward to sharing this beautiful journey with you 🌿

Love
Amit

“A spiritual journey into the Himalayas”

We are planning another Himalayan journey this October.

If the idea of meditating among the snowy heights of Tapovan and Kedarnath speaks to your heart, this pilgrimage may be calling you.

Please submit your expression of interest at the earliest. 🏔️🌿💚🙏

Happy Mahashivratri to everyone. 🙏

If we step away from mythology and look at this night in a more human and philosophical way, Mahashivratri points to something intimate and universal. In many yogic traditions, Shiva is not only a deity, but a symbol of pure awareness, the silent, spacious presence behind our thoughts, roles, and emotions.

The “night” is symbolic too. When the outer world becomes quiet, attention turns inward. It is an invitation to pause the noise of doing and remember the simplicity of being. Shiva, the great dissolver, reminds us to loosen our grip on rigid identities, fears, and old stories about who we think we are, and to move gently from surface life to inner depth.

In simple terms, you are not only your body, your work, or your worries. Beneath all of that, there is a calm, clear presence. The tradition calls that presence Shiva.

So tonight, give yourself a small gift of silence.
Put the phone aside. Sit. Breathe. Do nothing special.
You don’t have to achieve anything. Just watch. Just be.

Even a few quiet minutes are enough.
