Good evening all!

We are asking your local community for interest in community yoga classes at the local hall. We have started with success at the North Rocks local Guide Hall on Tuesday & Thursday nights and wish to understand what works best for YOU and what you wish to see or learn!

Currently we are working around the 7pm mark but can always adjust and discuss in our chat group. Leave a comment or DM us if to find more information and register your interest.

Community Yoga Classes at Baulkham Hills - All are Welcome!

Classes are conducted at the Scouts Hall at 25 Jasper Road, Baulkham Hills commencing tomorrow at 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Please come in 15 minutes early to set up your mat (BYO) and say hello! If you need a mat Kmart have them cheap or obtain one free in the FB Marketplace.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring water and a small towel.
The classes are beginner friendly covering simple yoga poses, stretches and relaxation techniques.

You must be fit and capable of doing simple standing, seated and floor postures. If you’re unsure please talk to us and or your physician.

Please find pictures of the location and similar community classes held by us at North Rocks in the previous weeks.

The classes will be run as a community project, but we will be charging a small fee of $10 (usual classes are $18-25). The fee is to cover the cost of hall hire, instructors and future yoga equipment.

Payment can be made before/ after classes by mobile PayID, bank transfer or cash. Please DM or reply below in the comments if you need any information and to let us know if you will coming along. 😊

Not saying meat is bad, not saying vegan or vegetarian diets are the way either.

The key message is that their are other sources of protein that are equal or better to consume.

Don't forget your body can only absorb so much per day and puts the rest to waste.

As we approach the start of year 2020 let's not forget where we have been and come from in year 2019.

Let us all remember where we come from, our community, our country and our families. Let us continue to unite and fight for the greater good of our land and people.

Let us remember and thank all those who are affected by these enormous fires and all those fire fighters who have given their lives to save us and those who continue to put their lives on the line each day and night.

May the magic of the season bring you joy, love and laughter.

To all the soldiers on the front line fighting fires, we salute you and offer our services to relax your muscles and body at no charge. It is the absolute least we can do for your divine like efforts to protect us to whom you don't even know. Also thank you to all the people who have donated to these soldiers.

If we can remember this spirit of community and love throughout the year we will all experience a year long Christmas.
