Eleni shared practical insights on how prioritising quality sleep can be a powerful step towards taking control of your health and wellbeing.

Sons of the West, a flagship initiative of the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation, exemplifies the club’s commitment to supporting the health and resilience of the community both on and off the field. It’s an important document for our sleep advocacy for many reasons, including that 57% of parents state their main health concern is their child’s excessive screen time, and 44% of all Australians report improving sleep is a health priority for them.
