Tonight’s dinner was Nasi Goreng and it didn’t disappoint!! I was starving so I doubled the chicken and the rest is history. This really does make quite a bit and it was delicious. I did cook the rice and veggies for an extra 2 minutes. 👌👌👌

Started making two sourdough loaves last night, first ones in a while, then I was distracted and I completely forgot about it until I went to bed at midnight. Left it over night then decided to try and make a focaccia with it and what do you know, it’s delish. Should make this mistake more often. Lol.

Recipe
150 grams sugar

Blend on speed 9 / 20 seconds

150 grams tequila
60 grams Cointreau
Juice of one lemon
Approx 180 grams strawberries and raspberries
650 grams ice cubes

Blend on speed 9 / 30 seconds
