✨ “I might get stuck in hypnosis.”
😂
If that were true, there’d be people still hypnotised since the 80s, and shoulder pads would be back in style. 😮

My answer to objections...

"I’ll lose control and tell you all my secrets.”
If hypnosis worked like that, I’d already know where you hid the Tim Tams. Sadly, I don’t. 😂

Have you ever reacted to something and thought afterward,
“I knew better… so why did that still floor me?” 😅

That’s because awareness alone doesn’t regulate a flooded nervous system.

Many people are very self-aware.
They know their patterns.
They understand their triggers.
And yet — when emotion hits, it still takes over physically and emotionally.

That’s not failure.
That’s physiology.

When the nervous system floods, the thinking brain goes offline.
Insight can’t compete with survival responses.

This is where the real work begins.

The work isn’t just about noticing what’s happening.
It’s about changing what’s happening inside.

When the inner perception shifts — when old beliefs and emotional responses are updated — the nervous system no longer reacts in the same way.
The trigger softens, reduces, or no longer lands as heavily.

This isn’t about thinking differently in the moment.
It’s about transforming the emotional response at its source, so the body doesn’t flood in the first place.

That’s the difference.
Calm strength isn’t about “doing better.”
It’s about feeling safer inside your own body.

And when that safety grows, reactions soften — naturally, not forcefully.

Emotional regulation isn’t something we’re born with, it’s something we learn.

If it were innate, toddlers wouldn’t collapse to the floor in tears because their banana broke or they got the wrong coloured cup. 😄

As adults, it looks different… but the nervous system works the same way.
We still get flooded when something touches an old wound, an unmet need, or a sense of not being heard or valued.

Calm isn’t about “having it together.”
It’s about building awareness of what’s happening inside you before emotion takes over.

This kind of calm strength develops over time — through reflection, learning, and understanding your own patterns.
Not through force.
Not through suppression.

The ability to pause, regulate, and respond instead of react is a skill — and like all skills, it grows with practice.

Calm isn’t a personality trait.
It’s learned resilience.

Calm Is Not Weakness!

Staying calm doesn’t mean I agree...
It doesn’t mean I accept poor behaviour...
And it certainly doesn’t mean I’ve surrendered my power.

Calm is a choice.
It’s the decision not to hand my energy over to someone else’s emotions, drama, or story.

I’ve learned that getting loud, reactive, or defensive doesn’t equal strength, it usually means someone is trying to power over me, because they don’t feel power within, their need for control overwhelms them, that's a weakness.

True (em)power(ment) is steady.
It doesn’t need to prove itself.
It doesn’t get dragged into chaos.
It responds not reacts...

Calm is not disengagement, it’s self-respect.
And choosing where I place my energy is one of the strongest boundaries I have. 💪

You Don’t Need to Fix Yourself in January

There’s a quiet belief that the New Year is a chance to finally “get it right.”
To be better. More disciplined. Less emotional. More productive.

But you are not a problem to be solved.

Growth doesn’t come from rejecting who you’ve been —
it comes from integrating your experiences with compassion and understanding.

You don’t need to abandon yourself to grow.
You need to stand with yourself.

This year, let growth be an act of self-respect, not self-rejection. 💛

Growth That Doesn’t Burn You Out

So many people confuse growth with effort — pushing harder, doing more, proving something.

But real, sustainable growth feels different in the body.
It feels steady, grounded, and resourced.

If growth feels like pressure, exhaustion, or self-criticism, it’s often misaligned.
True empowerment doesn’t come from forcing change — it comes from creating safety within yourself first.

This year, notice what nourishes you rather than what drains you.
Growth that’s aligned doesn’t require burnout. 🌱

A Different Way to Enter the New Year

As a new year begins, there’s often a quiet pressure to decide, commit, and push forward.
Goals. Intentions. Big declarations.

But growth doesn’t always begin with force.
Sometimes it begins with listening.

Instead of asking, “What should I do this year?”
Try asking, “What is asking to emerge?”

Aligned growth isn’t loud.
It doesn’t rush.
It unfolds when we honour where we truly are — not where we think we should be.

This year doesn’t need a reinvention.
It needs presence. 🌿

✨ Hello 2026 ✨

A new year has arrived…
and instead of asking “What should I change?”
I love to ask a different question:

💭 What do I want this year to stand for?

Not resolutions.
Not pressure.
But intention.

Do you want more calm in your nervous system?
Clearer boundaries and healthier relationships?
A stronger sense of self-trust and confidence?
Better emotional regulation, wellbeing, and vitality?

2026 can be the year you learn how you work —
your patterns, your triggers, your beliefs…
and how to gently upgrade them.

This is about transforming beliefs, patterns, relationships, health... and the way you relate to yourself.

If you’re ready to make 2026 a year that truly matters, I’d love to walk alongside you.

💬 What’s one thing you’d love more of this year?
Clarity? Peace? Confidence? Connection?

Christmas can hold many different emotions.

For some, it’s a time of joy and connection.
For others, it can bring up distance, loss, complex family dynamics, or a quiet sense of longing. 💗

There is no right way to feel at this time of year.

My hope for you, wherever you are and whatever today brings, is that you find moments of connection, whether with others, with yourself, with nature, or simply with stillness.

May you give yourself permission to feel what you feel,
to soften where you can, and to receive whatever it is you need to get through this season with care and compassion.

Wishing you a gentle Christmas 🎄

There’s a part of growth that no one likes to talk about…
the part that hurts.

When someone gives us feedback in a relationship — a partner, a friend, a colleague — it can feel confronting.
Uncomfortable... even painful...

But here’s the truth I’ve come to learn, over and over again:
That pain is an invitation
An invitation to pause, to breathe, and to look gently within.
Not from a place of blame, but from curiosity.

Feedback is rarely an attack —
it’s often a doorway to deeper connection, if we’re brave enough to walk through it.

It asks us to look at the patterns we’ve outgrown, the reactions we default to,
the stories we tell ourselves,
the parts of us still protecting old wounds.

And yes… it’s vulnerable.
It’s tender.
It’s uncomfortable.

But it’s also a gift.
Because it gives us the chance to grow into a more grounded, compassionate version of ourselves — both for us and for the people we care about.

Awareness doesn’t always feel good in the moment,
but it always moves us toward truth, connection, and emotional freedom.

If you’re in that space right now — feeling tender, unsure, or confronted by something you’ve seen in yourself — you don’t have to walk through it alone.

🌿 I’m here to hold your hand through the process of awareness, healing, and growth.
Gently. Safely. With compassion.

You don’t have to fear your inner world.
Reach out, so you can have the support as you explore it. 💚

Finding the power within

Specialising in treating the root cause of anxiety, depression, addictions, phobias, PTSD and more. Offering effective safe therapies to finding the power within by restoring a true sense of self and resolving the deep seated emotions of distress.

Let’s look underneath the label you’ve been given by someone else or maybe by yourself, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD or maybe an addiction or a phobia. The common conditions we are diagnosed with are our bodies way of trying to manage underlying unresolved issues.

On a conscious level you know past life experiences have affected you and you have worked at letting it go, but unconsciously it’s still happening, so you’re body doesn’t know the event is over, to your unconscious mind it’s like it’s happening now! This can also affect your health, leading to health issues such as irritable bowel symptoms, tension headaches, chronic pain, lethargy and chronic fatigue.

Do you feel like you’re constantly battling to keep on top of it, like you’re just using a band aid? You see our nervous system is wired to protect us, when difficult life experiences occur your body pays more attention so that it can keep you safe, but the problem is, sometimes it’s getting too protective, so when small things happen, you overreact and everyday life becomes even more stressful.
