To my Tuesday night Pilates class, so sorry but I have to cancel tonights class at late notice as we've had a family medical emergency. Everyone is ok, fingers crossed we're ok for Thursday night.

ATTENTION THURSDAY PILATES CLASS
Sorry guys but unfortunely we'll need to delay our return to classes until next week (22/01/2026) as I sadly have a family funeral to attend Thursday afternoon. Tuesday night is still due to start this week (13/01/2026). Could you Thursday crew please comment or give this post a thumbs up so I know who's been notified, and I'll then contact the rest of you over the week.

So the final tally of our fundraiser for the National Breast Cancer Foundation is in for 2025..... an amazing $2,354!! Thank you everyone who contributed to this wonderful cause, either by donating online, buying a ticket in the raffle, or picking up a little goodie off our pink table in the clinic. I hope that not only will these funds go towards helping those battling breast cancer, but to also just raise a little bit of awareness for each of us to get ourselves checked regularly and look for any changes big or small. A huge thank you to all the local businesses who contributed to our raffle - in particular Peter Kittle Toyota for our major prize.

Congratulations to our top 3 winners Ken, Stephen and Natalia who will take home either the signed crows guernsey, a coffee machine or take a ride in a glider! There are another 9 winners who have each won additional prizes. Thanks to everyone who bought a ticket in our raffle, all the money raised goes straight to our fundraising efforts for the Breast Cancer Foundation. I'll be in touch with our winners this week.

It's Pilates in Pink week! As part of our annual fundraiser, this week both evening classes will help to raise funds for our NBCF. There is no official cost for the classes this week, just swipe your medical extras benefits card if you have one, bring along a cash donation of your choice and dress in a little bit of pink for fun. If you've ever wanted to come and have a go at Pilates, this is a great week to try.

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 6PM START

Kids are more than welcome this week too - I'll keep the classes low key so everyone can participate. We still have some goodies on our pink table too, along with the last few raffle tickets.

So excited for this years NBCF Raffle! I've been so lucky to have some amazing local businesses donate truely fantastic prizes this year. Our major prizes which the first 3 winners can choose from include:

- a 30 minute glider flight from the Gawler Aerodome (thanks to the souring club of Adelaide)

Once again this October we're raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation as part of Breast Cancer Awareness month. We have a bunch of goodies available at the clinic, with all proceeds going straight to the NBCF. So bring your cash along for your next visit and help out an amazing charity.
