Hi everyone! It's that time again! After a few months' break from teaching workshops due to clinic work and other commitments, I'm so excited to be sharing my upcoming workshop at Lyttleton Stores co-operative!

Come join me for the day and your will learn:
π₯¬ a variety of techniques to preserve your produce, enhancing its flavour and nutritional content
π₯¬ the many health benefits of fermented foods and lots of different ways to include these in your diet
π₯¬ herb and spice flavour profiles and how to pair these with different types of produce to create your own unique preserves
π₯¬ includes quick pickles, vinegar pickles, salt brines, sauerkraut and other fermented vegetables, and more!
π₯¬ you will take home a jar from each batch we make throughout the day - yum! - as well as notes, recipes, and trouble shooting tips so you can continue to practice your new skills at home.
