It’s been a while on the socials so let us reintroduce ourselves! Who is OccFit? It’s us - Feliano, our principal physio and Lisa, our operations manager. We started the business in 2016 and we’ve been dedicated to providing our patients with caring and quality physiotherapy support ever since. We’re also married, live in the lower Blue Mountains and have three beautiful young children.

Over the longer weekend, our physios and participated in the 10km fun run at Lizard Log Park. Despite the cold start, our boys pushed hard and set new PB's, with both finishing in the top 30 of the race 🏃🏻🏁!

A very Merry Christmas and a huge thank you to all our patients for choosing us for your physio in 2023. We are beyond grateful for all the support and kindness we receive on a daily basis by those who come to see us.

Don’t forget we are open on Friday 29/12 and Saturday 30/12. We have limited availability so please book online if you need an appointment!
