Jemma is back and looking forward to seeing you all again!
The last couple of years (and a few more grey hairs) have been a challenge for Jemma with her finding out about her Adenomyosis diagnosis and having a curative Hysterectomy earlier this year. After the life changing procedure resulting in the restoration of her health and well-being, Jemma is energised and re-invigorated by this new chapter of Inspired Physio Solutions and Clinical Pilates and looking forward to getting back into helping others in a new and re-imagined way!

Wecome to Inspired Physio Solutions and Clinical Pilates (NEW AND IMPROVED)

After a small hiatus we are back in a new and re-imanginged way! With the benefits of technology Inspired Physio Solutions and Clinical Pilates has returned as an online practice.

Jemma will be consulting via Zoom for all who are willing to come on the journey!

Over the next couple of days we a re rolling out the new website, booking options, re-connecting with old friends and looking forward to meeting new friends!
