Today marks the Spring Equinox. A time for renewal, rebirth, new beginnings & to awaken to a higher vibrational field.

When we align with the earths rhythm, we naturally cultivate emotional balance, mental clarity & spiritual recalibration – your authentic nature is ready for a reset. This is a highly charged time to honour the sun on its journey towards greater illumination while also recognizing that the birth-death-rebirth cycle lives inside each one of us, and it may be time to do some internal cleansing.

With intention, we can consciously attune to the equinox to reflect upon our current life journey. Balance of dark to light on this day reminds us that our illumination and our shadow are equally important for growth to exist.

Bring on the joy of spring, smell the flowers, walk barefoot on the earth, plant seeds, listen to the birds sing, journal your dreams, nourish with healing foods, and shed the limiting ways of being. This is a sacred time to commune with your spirit and to honour your personal journey towards new beginnings, abundance, and creativity.

How has everyone been feeling?
August has been a BIG month, but it is not quite over yet… The super rare Blue Super Full Moon will make its appearance on the 31st of August. This is not only the second full moon of the month, but it will be the last Blue Super Moon until 2037! How special to enter this month on a full moon & to end on a full moon! Truly a special time to really focus on the cycles we are creating in our lives.

We are ready to start fresh, to clear the cobwebs & to finally let go of our outdated selves, fully aligning us with our soul’s path. Full moons are about remembering & realignment, so you may find yourself with anger, frustration or even some disappointment this week but these emotions aren’t meant to be held in. If you are feeling wobbly from this moon, feeling into your body & asking it what it needs from you at this time. For so long we have disassociated ourselves from our bodies & souls, this in turn causes us to burn out, to feel defeated & ignore the signs from our Physical, Emotional, Mental & Spiritual bodies.

LISTEN, Listen to the whisper of your quietened mind. REFLECT, RELEASE, REST & RESET are the major themes of this week.

I just wanted to pop in & say thank you to each & every person that has supported this journey of self healing throughout the years. It's been an amazing journey & I've met many many beautiful souls throughout the years. I would like to add that I will keep this page open as I love sharing information to those of you who align with the messages coming forward at this time.
