As I’ve said many times before, filtering your water just isn’t enough any more. I’m all for ionisation.
When your body consists of such a massive percentage of water, it pays to put emphasis on drinking the best water that you can get. So many health challenges are due to dehydration.
At the end of the day, you can live without water on average for about three days, but with food three weeks!
if you’ve been making an effort for ages to eat better quality food, but haven’t given much thought to what you drink, consider this your sign to do so!
