PEOPLE LIKE YOU - RICK T

Super stoked for my main man Rick who I’ve been working with for several months now. He’s been paraplegic for many years now - but that certainly hasn’t stopped him as an ‘adaptive athlete’ in and out of the water 🏄‍♂️ 🚲

Not that he’ll admit it, but the guy rips on a wave ski - so much so, I convinced him to let me start emailing different companies in the wave ski space to sponsor / support his journey - and the first Australian company to come to the table is Follow Brand Australia .co. As I’ve said many times before, filtering your water just isn’t enough any more. I’m all for ionisation.

When your body consists of such a massive percentage of water, it pays to put emphasis on drinking the best water that you can get. So many health challenges are due to dehydration.

At the end of the day, you can live without water on average for about three days, but with food three weeks!

if you’ve been making an effort for ages to eat better quality food, but haven’t given much thought to what you drink, consider this your sign to do so!

The girls at my local Post office certainly know me well now. I’ve been there three times this week to send this product around the country.

Remind me to email the big fella here and educate him on molecular hydrogen and alkalised water. I’m glad that he’s drinking San Pel, but we really need to get him using the Rolls-Royce of Water if he’s going to be the leader that’s so many people want him to be. Plus he’s been overweight now for thousands of years. It’s time for change 😂

These are two new clients. Margaret and Col. Mother and daughter. They just started with me last week and I’ve done one 90 minute assessment session with both of them.

CARNOSINE BIOHACKING #2

Today I’ve had some more fun testing my strength with two exercises. The bench press and bodyweight chin ups.

I wanted to fatigue these areas of my upper body with 3 sets of each exercise to failure. Then apply the Lactigo gel, wait 40 minutes as suggested to fully absorb it, and attempt to do another set to failure again and see the results.

WITHOUT LACTIGO - 3 sets to fatigue
60kg Bench Press - 9 reps
Bodyweight Chin Ups - 10 reps

I bought some RAW MILK this week from one of my local organic shops. It’s inconspicuously hidden in a fridge out the back of the store and when it comes in each week it sells out like hotcakes.

Raw = not pasteurised.

The way nature intended it to be. Primal.

Raw means that is isnt dairy treated with heat to kill ‘harmful’ bacteria, and technically the enzymes called lactase that are needed to actually digest the sugar in dairy called ‘lactose’.

In other words, you don’t have a lactose intolerance and you don’t need to eat dairy that is lactose free. You just need to eat more primal food that hasn’t been processed yet again to f$&k it up.

I saw this meme and it made me laugh because it’s so true!

THE POWER OF THE BREATH

This afternoon, I did my first Rebirthing swap session with my brother from another mother Tyson Wallace.

Tyson started out as a client of mine, many years ago now, then as a Holistic Health Coach mentee for years ongoing, and is now an epic practitioner in his own right!

Rebirthing Breathwork is an intense expression of the subconscious mind through long laborious breathing methods that have the ability to open up your mind and soul like nothing else - drug free.

When it fomes to this sacred tool, outside of our shared mentor Michael Adamedes, there’s no other person I’d rather have next to me supporting a breath journey.

The release that you can get from this type of activity is the closest thing I’ve felt to orgasm. It feels amazing and it’s so cathartic when it needs to be. Other times it’s just an amazing focused active meditation.
