A breath-led Vinyasa Flow designed to help you move with intention, find your rhythm, and reconnect with your body.

This open-level class blends grounding breathwork, uplifting movement, and moments of stillness finishing with 10 minutes of inversion and savasana to leave you feeling balanced, strong, and recharged.

Available at Beerwah, Bli Bli, and Maroochydore studios.

Your favourite reformer studio is heading downstairs for the same signature classes, same friendly faces, just a fresh new level.

But here’s the big news:
We’re opening a brand new Wellness Hub as well!

Infrared sauna, ice baths and compression therapy all designed to support your recovery, performance and overall wellbeing.

More than a move. This is a full-body experience.
