Every December, I make myself a promise.
Not to be perfect.
Not to avoid every treat.
Not to stress about every meal.

But simply this:
✨ “I 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.”

Because December can so easily become the month we forget ourselves.
We give, give, give…
And then wonder why we’re running on fumes.
This year, I’m choosing gentler goals:
— Eat proper meals
— Keep water nearby
— Move my body
— Take five minutes of breathing space
— And choose the foods that help me feel good
Not because I “should” —
but because I FEEL better when I treat myself like someone worth caring for.
