To the woman who’s tired of starting over.
To the mum who gives everything to everyone but herself.
To the 40-something who looks in the mirror and doesn’t recognise herself anymore...

I see you.

And I need you to know this:
You are not broken.
You are not behind.
It's not “too late.”
You are simply in a season that no one prepared you for.

But it’s a season with so much possibility.
Your body isn’t the enemy—it’s the messenger.
And when you start listening to it, everything changes.

So if you’re feeling overwhelmed, just start small.
Drink some water. Take three deep breaths. Download a plan that feels doable (I’ve got one for you if you would like to start).

And remind yourself: you don’t have to figure it all out today.
You just have to believe it’s possible.
