I’M BACK!
Hi everyone! I am so glad to be writing this post. After having my third baby (3 under 3😜) I have become very silent on socials, particularly my business page. Getting into the swing of life and it’s beautiful obstacles, I put my sound healing business aside and focused on my family. But now I am back! And I would love to thank you for all the messages I have received alongside the love and support I have been given 🥰 I can’t wait to be a part of everyone’s journey through sound healing meditations, and am so excited to be back up and running!!!

Crystals from the sea!
I love to use Abalone shells during sessions, as it enhances feelings of peace, compassion and love.
FUN FACT: Did you know that Abalone Shells are a bio-crystal? That means it’s creation is formed by the combination of mother-of-pearl and proteins secreted by the sea animal 🥰

A lot of people roll their eyes when they hear the words ‘spiritual sound therapy’. But I am here to tell you it is not a load of sh*t.

Why should you have any interest in this? Rahel Klatte’s article suggests that more then 50% of patients have a severe increase of anxiety during therapy sessions. I believe this is because of the lack of spiritual connections during the sessions.

The use of Sound for healing is a tradition of meditation dating back to prehistoric times. There has been over 400 published scientific articles on music as medicine, finding strong evidence that it has mental and physical benefits.
Ever feel sad when you listen to a sad tune? Or happy when listening to an up-beat song? That’s because of the frequencies in the tune used, altering your brain waves to feel a particular emotion. Rain Stick energy cleanse

How amazing to add this to my collection! This small (but powerful) rain stick shaker has been used for centuries by shamans in ceremonies as a means to break up or remove stuck/stagnant energy in the body. It can also be used to clear negative energy attachments as well!

The Tingsha bell 😍
This beautiful instrument produces strong sound with a frequency above 2000 Hertz. It brings us to an aware state and helps maintain peace and calmness to free from our
disturbed mind. The sound
waves of Tingsha can soothe us.
If we use the tingsha bell according to our body frequency, it helps us in cleansing and healing, which is why I use this in every session!
