My illustration of Australian flower Mountain Devils cheekily gazing at us ... provoking curiosity.

I love using Australian Bush Flower Essences and I remember bushwalking in greater Sydney environs with my cousin's family so long ago - looking out to spy one of our own. My uncle Ross was an expert in bush regeneration as well as a prolific artist and teacher. His legacy continues to inspire. The Mountain Devil fascinates me - from the beautiful flower to the little 'devil' that remains. It has positive transformational meanings such as Unconditional love
Happiness
Healthy boundaries
Forgiveness.
Blessings.

Whilst having appropriate medical treatment, art can be supportive in visualising best outcomes.
At the time of this painting, I was having root canal treatment for a major tooth infection. For me, the green colour for me represents the healing going into the roots and out to the surrounding areas. The blue is supportive with cleansing and healing.This is art working with the soul to support the best outcome.
NOTE: The best outcome might be different to what we expect.
There is no guarantee that visualising brings healing in the way we want - it is best to focus on the 'best outcome' - which may be different to what we expect.
For me, the act of visualising helps me to stay calm throughout treatment and be open to different outcomes - whatever is best for me.

SANDPLAY THERAPY often becomes a safe container to find a way through, or transform GRIEF or LOSS.

Sometimes a child is grieving and the child keeps it from the parent/carer because they don't want to worry them. They may be missing a friend who has moved away, or grieving the changes in family dynamics, or the loss of a loved one or pet. Loss of any kind is a type of grief.

So many 'what if' possibilities when working with soul and your inner child.
Some people think of them as ''Sliding Door' moments or perhaps a parallel plane. I wonder 'what if' might be your story?'
I work with women to support them becoming more confident, know more about themselves and find what lights them up by healing hurts and memories that are not helpful now. A soul journey.
