✨Base Chakra Message Today - we can only manifest to the level we feel safe to create.

Our base chakra holds and regulates emotional energies in regards to safety, survival, stability and confidence. When this is not in balance and we feel fearful, afraid of loss, anxious and in worry or survival mode (fight or flight), the reaction of our energy field is to pull our energy in close to ourselves and preserve our energy as a protection mechanism. This makes our Aura - energy life force field small and in turn keeps our energy from recharging itself and also spreading out to take up space. When our energy field isn’t taking up space our energy is also not coming in contact with people and opportunities we want to attract.

Less fear means more good things can come your way, less holding back means your presence is more felt by others as your energy spreads 🙂
