🌿 Client Health Reminder 🌿

As much as we love seeing you in the clinic and classes, we kindly ask that you stay home if you’re feeling unwell or showing cold or flu symptoms — even if they seem mild.

This helps protect the health and wellbeing of everyone in our community — including other clients, our team, and most importantly, you.

🤒 Even a mild sniffle, sore throat, or fatigue could be something more, and we appreciate your care in helping us maintain a safe and respectful space.

As a registered Remedial Massage Therapist and Fitness Professional with AMT (Association of Massage Therapists) and Fitness Australia, I’m required to follow strict codes of conduct. These include hygiene, infection control, and keeping the environment safe for all.

Attending while unwell could mean your session needs to be rescheduled on the spot in line with those guidelines.

If you’re ever unsure, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to help you reschedule a session or class.

Pilates

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates.

Pilates

The Pilates system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level, and also in terms of the instructor and practitioner’s specific goals and/or limitations.

Benefits

Physical Strength – Pilates exercises build strength in the entire body.

Endurance – Intensity can be increased over time as the body adapts itself to the exercises.

Flexibility – Over time noticeable improvement in flexibility occurs.

Breathing – Improved breathing efficiency.
