Not sure why your pain is travelling… or where it’s actually coming from? 👀

You’re not imagining it and you’re not broken.

In clinic, we usually see two common pain patterns ⬇️

✨ Nerve pain
Often feels like tingling, burning, numbness or pain that travels along a clear pathway. It doesn’t always show up where the problem actually is.

✨ Muscular / trigger point pain
More achy, tight or diffuse. Often worse with movement and load, and commonly mistaken as “just something you live with”.

The tricky part?
👉 Pain doesn’t always show up at the source.

That’s why assessment matters.
Osteopathy looks at the whole picture to find what’s driving the pain, not just where you feel it.
