A Sunburnt Soul
The Power of Connection

I finally understand what she meant 🇦🇺✨

"I love a sunburnt country, a land of sweeping plains..."

There is something about this aussie dirt, the towering silos, and the endless blue sky that just settles deep in my soul. Spending time out here amongst the sunflowers and the paddocks reminds me that beauty is found in the grit, of the land.

Everytime I drive past the Blue Tree, it's a reminder of why I do what I do. That splash of blue against the earth is a powerful beacon for mental health awareness.. And that it’s okay to not be okay, and that no one should have to deal with the drought alone 💙🌳

This is exactly why Illuminating the Interlands has become my main priority. In our rural landscapes, it is so easy to feel isolated across the towns. While the paddocks offer peace, the true heartbeat of this movement is when we come together.

It’s why I’m so dedicated to holding monthly illumination meet-ups in Tamworth. These gatherings are a dedicated space for us to step out of the isolation of the fields and into a supportive circle.

My goal is to bring this community together and create a space where we can support one another’s wellbeing and find strength in our shared stories.

Whether it’s a quiet moment by a horse or the deep connection felt during our time together in Tamworth, my mission is to ensure that the light in our Interlands never stops shining.

My heart feels a little fuller and my mind a little clearer today. We are whole, we are connected, and we are home 🌻🌾

On this International Women’s Day, I’m reflecting on the harmony that exists when we align ourselves with the heartbeat of Mother Earth.

In the stillness of the morning, as the frequency of the sound bowls meets the rhythm of the tide, we are reminded that feminine energy is a lived, elemental power.

I believe that when you ground your feet in the sand and open your heart to the sun, you are coming home to your truest self.

To be fluid like the water, allowing emotions to move and clear. Grounded like the earth, standing firm in your spiritual sovereignty.
Vibrant like the sunrise, constantly renewing your inner light.

A Gift for the Heart of the Country.
The Equine Healing Project 🐴

Living in this red dust, surrounded by the spirit of the horse, I feel a deep call to give back to the animals that carry so much of our stories.

In honor of the Year of the Horse, I am opening up a limited number of complimentary intuitive guidance and energy healing sessions for horses in need across our local region.

Whether it’s an old soul in a paddock or a performer needing a reset, I want to help bridge the communication between horse and human.

There is something truly magical about the frequency of a sunset...

I took my crystal singing bowls down to the water to catch the last light and reset my energy.

The combination of the warm sand, the gentle flow of the waves, and the pure, tones of the bowls creates a peace that’s hard to put into words. It’s not just a sound, t’s a physical shift in the air.

As the sun goes down, the crystal begins to sing, turning the quiet shore into a sanctuary of sound. These vibrations don't just reach the ears, they ripple through the water into the inner world, washing away the noise of the day like the receding tide.

In this golden light, every note becomes a bridge between the earth beneath me and the peace within, aligning my heart with the steady pulse of the universe. The Grace of Low-Key SOULS 🫶✨️

I’ve always been drawn to the quiet ones..

The souls who carry a gentle, healing kind of frequency. They don’t lead with ego or chase the hollow energy of attention. Instead, they find their joy in the simple rhythm of this universe. These are the souls who don't live for the highlight reel, but for the messy, beautiful, unrecorded moments that happen in between.

In a world that feels like one giant megaphone, there is something beautiful about the person who chooses to whisper. To live without any external validation is a spiritual practice within itself. By valuing the little things and honoring the quiet moments, they show us that a simple life is actually the most sacred one.

Those are my kind of people. The ones who stay grounded in their own light. Real strength is often silent. You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room to be the most impactful. In fact, the most resilient people are often the quietest because they know exactly who they are without needing an audience to confirm it.

Finding Your Evening Anchor.

There is a physical shift that happens at the end of the day. As the sun hits the horizon, the air cools and the world becomes still.. If you’ve ever struck a singing bowl during this transition, you know it’s more than just a pretty sound, it’s a soul transmission.

While a sunset naturally draws your eyes upward and outward into the beauty of the sky, the vibration of the bowl does the opposite. It pulls your weight back down into your feet. It creates an anchoring energy that keeps you from drifting away with the fading light.

So if you have a singing bowl of any kind, please do yourself a favour and take it to watch the sunset at your most sacred space. Strike the bowl once as the sun touches the earth. Don't move, don't speak, and don't strike it again until the very last ripple of sound has left the air.

By the time the silence returns, you’ll find you aren't just watching the sunset, you’re standing firmly within it. 🪷🫶🌸✨️

The Great Return.
Finding Stillness in the Salt.

There is a sacred magic that happens at the edge of the continent... 🌊 ✨️

After more than a year of being graced by the green silence of the Interland, returning to the coast felt less like a trip and more like a total reset and recalibration.

I’ve spent months grounded by the soil, yet the moment the salt hit the air on my face, I realised that while the earth holds you, the water sets you free.

Being inland for so long changed my perspective. It made me appreciate the beauty of the sea on a whole new level. Not as something to be consumed, but as something to be absorbed.

I found myself watching the pulse of the water and feeling a beautiful shedding of weight. Pieces of my mind drift away with the waves, leaving behind nothing but the present moment

The Interlands gave me roots, but the coast gives me wings. It was good to be back where the world feels endless. To lose yourself in the water is, ironically, the fastest way to find your feet again 🌀💙

From My Light to Yours.

I’ve always seen a quiet, invisible thread connecting all living things, but for a long time, I felt that thread fraying in my own life.

Enlightened Awareness wasn't just a business I decided to start, it was born from the journey of healing my own life. I spent years navigating the stress of the world until I realised that I couldn't help others if my own light was dimmed.

As I began to heal myself, my path became clear. I noticed that when I was out of balance, the energy around me felt off. I saw how our pets often carry the stress we haven’t processed yet, and how our homes feel heavy when we lose our sense of direction. I realised that to change the world, I had to start with the small worlds we live in every day.

I created Enlightened Awareness to be a sanctuary for that work. My mission is to help you rediscover the same light I found in myself. Whether we are using Sound Therapy to settle the mind, Reiki to move through a physical or emotional block, or Animal Healing to support a companion who can’t tell us what hurts, my goal is always the same. To bring you back to center and awaken your light.

I don’t offer these services simply as techniques, I offer them because I know that when you find your peace through Meditation and Intuitive Guidance, you show up differently for your family, your pets, and your community.

You don’t have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. Sometimes, the most selfless thing you can do is take a moment to heal yourself. When you do, you don’t just change your life, you shift the world 🤍🌎☄️✨️

As 2025 draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on a journey that led me far from the salt spray of the coast and deep into the ancient, pulsing heart of the country. This year has been more than a change of scenery, it has been a profound ascension of the soul. A shedding of old snake skins to stand bare and rooted under wide open skies.

Moving to this rugged landscape shifted my entire frequency. I have spent my days clearing the land, tending to both the physical soil and the invisible energetic ley lines of this earth. In the vastness of the isolation, I found a powerful stillness. It was in this quiet that I birthed a new spiritual community amongst the fields, proving that even in the most remote corners, the tribe will always find its way home.

A sacred highlight of this year has been the grace of collaboration with Katharine at our horse clinic. To work alongside such a magnificent soul, and those sentient beings is to learn a language beyond words. Horses are mirrors of the soul, and through our shared heartbeat, I have discovered depths of myself that had long remained dormant.

Through this communion with the land and its creatures, my evolution has deepened. Merging my spirit with the raw, untouched beauty of the bush and finding peace in the simple, rhythms of the seasons.

As I look into the energies of the new year, my spirit is strong. I am entering 2026 feeling more whole, more electric, and more connected to Source than I ever thought possible.

I have massive, soul stirring plans for the year ahead. The seeds I’ve planted in this sacred soil are beginning to stir, and what is about to bloom will be nothing short of extraordinary. The horizon is glowing with endless potential, and I am ready to step into the greatness that awaits.

The future is bright, it is wild, and it is deeply rooted.

Trust Your SOUL.

There’s a quiet knowing inside each of us, an intuition that often gets drowned out by the noise of daily life and the endless chatter of our minds. We spend so much time searching for answers outside ourselves, when the truth is, the most reliable guide we will ever have is already within. This is the simple, profound idea that the soul always knows the way.

The soul doesn't speak in to do lists or spreadsheets, it communicates through a more subtle universal language. It manifests as that spontaneous feeling of joy when you’re doing something right, the sense of unease that warns you away from a bad decision, or a sudden, clear inspiration that feels like a bolt from the blue. These aren't random emotions, it's your soul pointing you true north.

Society has programmed us to mistrust this inner voice, labeling it as wishful thinking. But think about the biggest, most impactful decisions you've made, the job you knew you had to quit, the person you felt you were meant to love, or the leap of faith that led to your greatest success. Chances are, the initial push came from a gut feeling, a deep seated knowing that simply said, Go here..

Following the way of the soul doesn't guarantee a smooth journey. To be fair it often means taking the path less travelled, one that might seem scary to others. But this is the difference. A life guided by the soul is a life lived in raw authenticity. When you trust your deepest self, you stop trying to fit into a mold and start living the life you were uniquely designed for.

So, the next time you feel lost or overwhelmed, stop the frantic search. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and remember that the answers you seek aren't out there. They are waiting patiently for you, on the silent, map of your own heart. Trust it. Your soul always knows the way.

The Unspoken Magic of Healing with Horses

There's a quiet, profound magic that settles over me when I conduct a healing session in the presence of a horse. These images truly captures a slice of those moments that feed my soul.

Out here, under the wide canopy of this majestic tree, on the beautiful property of Katharine Distinct Purpose Bowe, at our Holistic Horse Clinic emersed in with soft sounds of the countryside as the only soundtrack, I feel a connection that is both ancient and intensely present. The horse isn't just an observer, they are a profound energetic partner. Look at this divine creature, standing guard, tuning in to the energy field, working simultaneously with me so calmly and attentively.

Their sheer size and quiet strength are incredibly grounding, offering a powerful, non-judgmental stability to the entire space When a horse is present, the dynamic shifts. It becomes a shared, natural harmony. They invite an immediate sense of presence. I find myself dropping deeper into the moment, becoming more honest in my work, because I know the horse feels everything and are masters at mirroring the emotions and energies in the field.

To me, they amplify the intent of the healing, acting like a silent, powerful conduit. The gentle nicker in the places that need the most healing, guiding me where to brjng my awareness too.. It's the soft breath, the rhythmic shifting of hooves that does it for me. These are not distractions, but part of the sacred, wild rhythm of the session. It's a reminder that true healing is always rooted in connection, to ourselves, to each other, and to the living world around us.

This is what I love most about my practice. Being able to facilitate profound transformation in spaces that are deeply peaceful and perfectly natural. It’s the feeling of trust you receive from an intuitive soul combined with the healing energy of the earth beneath us.
