About me....
It as been a while since I've introduced myself and with a rapidly growing community, it feels like a good time to do just that!
As a neurodivergent mother with lived experience, the support I provide is not just about therapy – it's about understanding, compassion, and guidance.
I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate a world not designed for their Neurotype.
I’m passionate about helping women and mothers to share with them the tools they need to manage their stress, regulate their nervous systems, and create an environment where both they and their children can thrive.
I truly believe that as a mother, you deserve support that speaks to your unique experience and that helps you build a life you love.
I am a qualified Social Worker and have extensive experience in both the counselling and education fields. Over the years, I’ve worked as a wellbeing coordinator in schools, in counselling roles, and as an educator. During this time I specialised in working with neurodivergent children and families. I have also completed further studies in post-partum support, Equine Assisted Therapy and the Nervous System.
This has allowed me to build a holistic, empathetic practice that recognises both the mind and body’s role in healing and growth.
As someone who has been through the journey of motherhood and neurodivergence, I have firsthand experience in navigating these challenges, enhancing my ability to connect with my clients and provide them with meaningful support.
I look forward to working with you to provide the unique support you've been looking for!
