MEET THE TEAM! Hey there👋I’m Shaye, Teacher and Play Therapist at PEACHES Therapy!

I love that as a Play Therapist, I get to support children to utilise the therapeutic powers of play to meet their fullest potential.

I am passionate about creating a safe, accepting and nurturing space to help children learn, develop and heal through play.🧸

Shaye- Welcome to the Calm Fairies team! 🧚🏻‍♀️💗

Shaye is joining me on the team at SCUH and enjoyed her first solo ward visit this week! 👏🏻

With a wealth of experience working with children, combined with her qualifications as a registered Teacher; qualified Play Therapist with additional certifications in Child Centred Play; AutPlay; plus her Calm Coach and Calm Fairies Training with me, as well as being a Mum- Shaye is well prepared for this role!

Her kind heart and gentle nature gives her the perfect Calm Fairy qualities and it is a pleasure to welcome her into the team! 🧚🏻‍♀️

I had such a rewarding time facilitating Inspired Kids Yoga Calm Coach group sessions in 2022 for SunnyKids. Thank you Stacey from Calm Fairies and Beth and Amy from for your invaluable behind the scenes roles in raising money and awareness for this important work. It has been a privilege sharing the therapeutic tools of the Calm Coach program with those who need it most.

I'm looking forward to supporting more children and families in 2023. I will have increased availability for Play Therapy and Calm Coach sessions from April 2023.
